Subsea Intervention and Handling

First Subsea Coiled Tube Handling Tools are designed for the deployment of risers and pipeline tubing. Based on proven Ballgrab ball and taper technology, the tube handling tools provide a secure grip without damage to the tubing.

By design the tool with a slightly lower outer profile than the reeled tube it can pass through the gooseneck of the installation system without having to be disconnected from the tube, unlike the traditional method using flanges and shackles. Customised end terminations are available on request.

All First Subsea Coiled Tube Handling Tools are designed, manufactured and tested to comply with DNV rules for lifting appliances.
